Meal Plan Options:

Simple Plan - (meat & Fish Based): Contains animal protein/no restriction 

Vegan: Nothing that comes from animals (no meat, no poultry, no beef, no chicken, no shrimp, no fish, no cheese, no eggs)

Gluten Free Plans: No wheat (must use gluten free pasta)
Rice, baby potatoes, sweet potatoes, quinoa are OK
